Donna Ferguson, age 91, of London, Kentucky passed from earth to eternity on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

She leaves behind three children, Daniel Ferguson & wife Kathi of Hopkinsville, KY, Cheri Richey & husband Joe of Dayton, OH, Tina Shortridge & husband Jeff of London, KY; two siblings, Roy Haggard Jr. of Winchester, KY, Dwight “Bo” Haggard of Florence, KY; six grandchildren, Sarah Akin & husband Doug, Zachary Ferguson & wife Megan, Rachel Ferguson, Jeffrey Shortridge, Taylor Rains & husband Weston, Sidney Shortridge; five great grandchildren, Penny Ferguson, Grant Ferguson, Lucas McFarland, June Yaden, Warren Rains; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Wilburn Ferguson; her parents, Roy & Sadie Bell Brock Haggard; and by six siblings, Kenneth Haggard, Jan Calico, Lucille Wilder, E. W. Haggard, Billy Haggard, Trudy McKinney.

Donna was a homemaker and a member of Victory Baptist Church in London, Kentucky. She enjoyed yard work, mowing, watching the UK Wildcats, cooking, baking and family time especially at the holidays. She also liked to travel, especially to the beach. She loved the Bengals, Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Buckeyes. Donna was a devoted pastor’s wife who dearly loved her family and friends, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Donna Ferguson were held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Ferguson officiating. Burial followed at Winchester Cemetery in Winchester, Kentucky. The pallbearers were Zachary Ferguson, Jeffrey Shortridge, Weston Rains, Joe Richey, Jon Ross Yaden and Doug Akin. Honorary pallbearers were Billy McFarland, Lucas McFarland and Jeff Shortridge. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The Laurel Village of Assisted Living in London, Kentucky. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
