Oct. 27

• Katrina Gail Caudill, 47 – Assault – 4th degree (minor injury). Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine).

• Larry Drew Fraley, 38 – Criminal trespassing – 3rd degree. Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• John Allen Hughes, 55 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Lance D. Rose, 34 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin.

Oct. 28

• Dusty Amber Gilbert, 44 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

• Stephen Michael Green, 38 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Driving on DUI suspended license – 1st offense.

• Jesse A. Hopper, 36 – No tail lamps. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Oct. 29

• Justin Patrick Anderson, 36 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Yefrin Carranza, age unknown – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Jason L. Christian, 27 – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Hazel M. Keen, 55 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin.

• Kelsey D. Meads, 33 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• Angela Kay Powell, 41 – Fleeing or evading police – 2nd degree (on foot). Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Alvarez Rodriguez, 46 – Driving without license/negligence in accident. Failure of non-owner/operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Stanley P. Rogers, 42 – Theft by unlawful or disposition shoplifting.

• Diaz Ruiz, age unknown – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle. Failure to dim headlights.

• Zachary R. Woosley, 27 – Careless driving. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
