Priscilla Rose Fox passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at her home in Winchester, Ky. She was the daughter of Judy Fox and John Fox. She is survived by her four children, Melena Martinez, Isaias Flores and two girls; and three brothers, Anthony Slusher, Tim Slusher and Roger Slusher. Services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, April 28 at Ark of Mercy in Winchester.
