It is with heavy hearts our beloved mother Berneice Frances Patrick passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Clark County, Kentucky, on May 9, 1937, to the late Jessie Burgess and Lola Bohanan. Berneice worked at Sylvania for over 30 years, and as a special needs school bus driver for over 20 years.

She is survived by her three daughters, Pamela Rice, Gwendolyn Carol Herrera, and Teresa Lynn Rice; Grandchildren, Jordan Dain, Heather Merritt, Victoria Mullins, Kelly Snyder, Lindsey Liening, Jason Smart, Henry Joe Ginter, Jessie Ginter, Holly Smart, Thomas Clay Hunt; 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her daughter, Tracie Aileen Hunt; siblings, Leonard Burgess, Bernard Burgess, Lonnie Burgess, and Aileen Fox; Grandchild, Jeremy Rice.

Family will receive friends from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM at Christ Church (1691 Ironworks Rd., Winchester, Ky 40391), on Saturday, March 18, 2023.
