Harold C. Willoughby, 86, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 18, 2023, with his daughter, Elizabeth Carol Willoughby at his side. A native of Winchester, Kentucky, he was born on November 27, 1936, to the late Floyd and Sarah Elizabeth Haggard Willoughby. Harold was a lifelong farmer and a member of Allansville Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge. He was also awarded ‘Master Conservationist’ by the Kentucky Soil and Water Conservation Commission.

Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth Carol Willoughby, and Sandra Kay Nix; grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Nix, Gerald Willis Nix, Joshua Caywood Hughes, and Thomas Lee (Payton Losh) Hughes; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his son, Roy Edward Willoughby.

Services will be at 1:00PM, Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Kenneth Willoughby. Burial will follow in Winchester Cemetery. Pallbearers include Joshua Hughes, Thomas Hughes, Gerald Nix, Kevin Deaton, Larry Hensley, and Rob Angel.

Visitation will be from 12:00PM until time of service at Scobee Funeral Home.
