Loretta Combs Puckett, 97, widow of Holly G. Puckett, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at her home. She was born in Powell County, Kentucky, on December 29, 1923, to the late Burgie and Josie Snowden-Kerr Combs. She was a homemaker and a member of Log Lick Christian Church.

She is survived by daughter, Darlene (Terry) Honshell; grandchildren, Shannon (Chris Gousha) Hiser, Tara Howard, Joey (Roxanne) Puckett, Brittney Keith, Billy (Darlene) Berryman; great grandchildren, Holly Robertson, Bradley Hiser, Emma Puckett, Rachael Puckett, and Josie Puckett; daughter-in-law, Nancy Puckett; several extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two children, Ronald Puckett and Janine Keith.

Services will be held at 1:00PM, on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Log Lick Christian Church, 2600 Log Lick Road, Winchester, Kentucky, by Pastor Mike Chism. Burial will follow in Log Lick Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Wills, Paul Puckett, Earl Puckett, and Ronald Gene Embs.

Visitation will be from 12:00PM until time of service.
