James (Jim) Gregg Criggall, 77, husband of 53 years to Wanda Ann Criggall, of Winchester, Kentucky passed on July 25, 2021, surrounded by his family. Jim was born on January 11, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Irene Masters Criggall and Allan Sydney Criggall. Jim was a lifetime entrepreneur and innovator, Founder/CEO of Pro-Nutech and CEO of CalDensity. Jim was a man of few words but when he spoke it was worth listening to. His influence on his family and all who knew him was profound. While he had many interests, he found the most enjoyment leading his family through inspiration and laughter. Anyone who knew Jim was touched by his kindness and humor. He was truly a man of his word, loyal and driven by the love for his family.

He is survived in death by his wife, three daughters, Jennifer Criggall Taylor (Erin Taylor), Corene Criggall Darby, Stephanie Criggall Marsillett; five grandchildren, William Marsillett, Tyler Darby, Madison Marsillett, Katherine Taylor, James Criggall; one brother, Brian Criggall, and several nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents, and sister Karen Spencer.

Services will be 10:00AM, Friday, July 30, 2021, at Leon Pace Memorial Chapel, Winchester, Kentucky 40391. Cremation to follow.

Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM, Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Leon Pace Memorial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations to be made in his name to the charity of your choosing.
