Public meetings for May 17-21

School board meets May 17

The Clark County Board of Education will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 17, at Central Office on West Lexington Avenue. The agenda has not yet been published, but at a special meeting this week, the board interviewed candidates for a superintendent search consultant and postponed any decision until a future meeting.

City Commission May 18

The Winchester Board of Commissioners will meet May 18 at 4:30 for a work session and 5:30 p.m. for the regular meeting at City Hall on Wall Street.

Budget work sessions

The city commission’s budget work session dates are as follows:

Monday, May 17,  from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to Noon
Friday, May 21, from 9  a.m. to 4 p.m.
