Betty Ruth Rose Wasson Sparks, 70, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021. She was born Aug. 18, 1960, in Powell County, Kentucky, to the late Elbert and Nancy Lane Wasson, and retired from Kentucky River Foothills, Winchester.
She is survived by four daughters; Angleia (David) Perry, Rebecca (William) Psimer, Deanna (James) Harmon, and Shannon Youmans and grand puppies; three sisters; Lois (Ike) Brandenburg, Elsie (Randy) Morefield, and Rosemary (Ilhan) Sahinoglu; a brother Malcolm Wasson; several nieces and nephews; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be on Tuesday, May 4, at 1 p.m., at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home. Burial in Adams Family Cemetery, on Old Ruckerville Road.
