After a loss at home to the Indians earlier, GRC’s baseball Cards traveled to Montgomery County on Tuesday looking for revenge.

Montgomery led the Cardinals 4-0 after three innings when GRC posted a 3-run rally led by Chase Puckett and Caden Spicer to make it 4-3.

Each team tacked on two more runs, making the final score 6-5 in favor of Montgomery County.

GRC’s Spicer, Puckett, and Ben Dewalt each had a hit, with Spicer, Puckett, and Brady Davis crossing the plate.

The loss brings GRC’s record to 5-8 on the season and 2-2 in 40th District play.

The Cards host Paris in a home game Wednesday at 5 p.m.
