Arrests, March 31-April 4

• Hannah Nicole Crim,20, served a warrant from another police agency.

• Robert Allen Nichols, 40, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

• Sarah Katherine Nichols, 36, failure to appear, citation for msdemeanor.

• Tommy D. Barker, 36, trafficking in a controlled substance first offense; first-degree trafficking ina  controlled substance first offense; tampering with physical evidnence; second-degree fleeing or evading police; buying or possessing drug parahernalia.

• Danny Edward Barnes, 41, served a bench warrant for court.

• Eric C. Bassham, 35, first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense.

• Adam K. Brooks, 37, theft by unlawful taking or failure to make required disposition over $500.

• Adam K. Brooks, 37, served a warrant for another police agency; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) first offense.

• Willliam Demetrest Brooks, 43, served a warrant for another police agency.

• Kristan Hope Farrow, 27, first-degree promoting contraband; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) first offense; public intoxication involving a controlled substance; buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a conrolled substance second offense; third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Latasha Faye Fultz, 37, served a warrant from another police agency.

• Lance Allen Hagedorn, 43, served a bench warrant for court.

• Aaron Seth Jones, 35, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts).

• Logan J. Price, 35, served a warrant from another police agency (two counts) and violation of a domestic violence order/emergency protectiion order.

• Brandon Ramey, 35, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) first offense; public intoxication involving a controlled substance.

• Eric Eugene Rison, 34, failure to appear, cited for a misdemeanor.

• Ova Lynn Smith, 37, served a warrant from another police agency.

• Sherry Ann White, 40, served a warrant from another police agency.

Incidents reported, March 31-April 4

• Police received a report of drug activity at a trailer on Kiwi Drive. The caller advised that the trailer is supposed to be vacant and that the person renting it is in jail, but people are going in and out of it.

• Police received calls from employees at Precision Mechanical of persons on the parking lot, looking into cars and into the building on March 31 and April 1.

• Police received a report of identity theft on April 1 from a man who said someone had filed an unemployment claim in his name.

• At 1:19 p.m. city police received a complaint about possible drug activity on Calloway Street.

• On April 2 at 11:11 p.m., police received a complaint of terroristic threatening at 175 Hospital Drive. The person was on his way to the hospital to see a family member and made threats that he would hurt anyone who tried to stop him.

• A report of an assault occurred at 543 N. Maple St. just before 7 p.m. on April 2.

• On April 2 just before 8 p.m., a man on North Main Street reported an incident of terroristic threatening, saying a neighbor threatened to kill him with a gun

• On April 2, police received a complaint about an assault on West Washington Street.

• On April 2, police received a complaint about an assault on North Maple Street.

• Police responded to a complaint on West Washington Street that someone tried to cash a stolen stimulus check at a store. The owner of the check was in jail in Madison County and said the woman with the check had her permission to have it, but the store refused to cash it.

• On April 2, police received a report of a theft on Flynn Avenue.

• On April 2, police received a report that someone had found a shell casing from a recent fatal shooting.

• On April 2, police received a report of theft of a stimulus check.

• Police received a call about theft of a cash register at 15 Wheeler Ave.

• Police received a complaint of an assault at 905 W. Lexington Ave. on April 4.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

• On March 29, Winchester Fire-EMS responded to a motor vehicle accident at 1010 Bypass Road.

• On March 30, EMS responded to a motorcycle accident at Ironworks and Goosey roads.

• On March 31 and again on April 1, firefighters responded to a kitchen fire at 235 Carolina Ave.

• On April 1, firefighters responded to motor vehicle accidents at Colby Road and the Bypass and at the 89 mile marker on I-64.

• On April 2, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on U.S. 60 near the Fayette County line.

• On April 2, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle fire at Maple Street and I-64 Exit 96.

• Firefighters responded to a backyard fire at 12 Linden Ave. on April 2.

• On Saturday, April 3, city firefighters responded to a structure fire at Cook and Mutual avenues.
