The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court March 4, 2021, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
• Dean Bowman, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years, sentencing April 8.
• Michael S. Tuttle, first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, probated for three years, restitution, sentencing April 8.
• Rose M. Crim, driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment (two count), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 8.
• Rose M. Crim, tampering with a prisoner monitoring device, pleaded guilty, recommended one year ,consecutive to previous case, sentencing April 8.
• James Banks, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
• Allison Goidel, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
• Ricky Walters, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced ton one year.
• Bobby D. Ford, probation violation, stipulated to violation, to remain on probation with in-patient treatment.
