CLARK COUNTY FIRE
• At 8:39 a.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to Revilo Road for mutual aid.
• At 5:32 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a grease fire on Ryans Mill Road.
• At 1 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a grass fire on Iron Works Road.
• Around noon Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Colby Road.
• Around 9 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted Winchester firefighters with a call on Locust Grove Road.
• At 10:30 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hackberry Circle.
• At 5 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Revilo Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
• James Robert Prater, 45, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (three counts), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a probation violation warrant.
• Eric Eugene Rison, 34, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and giving an officer false identifying information.
• Willard Howell Brewer, 40, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault and public intoxication.
• Christopher Ray Brookshire, 45, was charged Sunday with trafficking in a controlled substance.
• David John Carie, 57, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and driving on an expired operator’s license.
• Christopher C. Carpenter, 29, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.
• James William Evans, 37, was charged Sunday with trafficking in a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
• Ruby F. Fugate, 42, was charged Saturday with theft by deception.
• Donald T. Kimbrell, 32, was charged Saturday with first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

• At 3:04 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Stevenson Heights concerning a stolen vehicle.
• At 10:39 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft of tools.
• At 1:46 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Westwood Drive for a domestic disturbance.
• At 6:31 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to East Broadway Street concerning the theft of a wallet from an unlocked vehicle.
• At 7:50 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a suspicious person. James Robert Prater was arrested on multiple charges.
• At 8:03 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a theft. Eric Eugene Rison was arrested on multiple charges.
• At 7:44 a.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department for a possible identity theft.
• At 1:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to South Main Street for a smell of smoke. The resident was transported to the hospital for evaluation and the apartment was condemned by code enforcement officials.
• At 4:32 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning a theft of money.
• At 11:49 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Bypass and Fulton roads concerning a person with a gun.
• At 7:53 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center for an investigation concerning an unresponsive child.
• At 6:47 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Third Street concerning an assault. Willard Brewer was arrested on multiple charges.
• At 2:41 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Westwood Drive concerning an assault Christopher Carpenter was arrested for fourth-degree assault.
• At 3:25 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to College Street concerning a stolen Social Security card.
• At 6:16 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Boone Avenue concerning suspicious activity. Christopher Brookshire and James William Evans were arrested on multiple charges.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
• From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 56 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, two seizures and one stroke.
• At 9:03 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main and Hickman streets.
• At 6:13 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Bypass Road. It was a false alarm.
• At 12:18 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and April Way.
• At 12:51 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called South Main Street for a smell of smoke in the area.
