CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
• Raymond Brown, 48, of Clay, West Virginia, was charged Tuesday with first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), first-degree fleeing or evading police, no registration receipt, no registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, improper display of registration place and reckless driving.
• Ashley Nicole Major, 30, of Louisville, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• At 12:07 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Ecton Road concerning an identity theft.
• At 3:20 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Mount Sterling Road after someone broke into a vehicle and stole speakers and an amp.
• At 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Trapp Goffs Corner Road after someone broke into a house and garage.
• At 7:31 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Treehaven Drive concerning a stolen laptop computer.
• At 3:54 p.m. Feb. 25, deputies were called to Constitution Drive concerning an explicit photo of a juvenile.
• At 7 p.m. Feb. 25, deputies were called to Colonial Park Drive after an exhaust system was stolen from a vehicle.
• At 8:25 p.m. Feb. 25, deputies were called to Ledford Lane for a vandalism complaint after a vehicle window was broken.
• At 11:41 a.m. Feb. 26, deputies were called to Four Mile Road concerning a burglary and possible theft.
• At 4:30 p.m. Feb. 26, deputies were called to Stratton Lane concerning a possible identity theft.
• At 9:34 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Wades Mill Road concerning a stolen trailer.
• At 3:23 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to David Lane after someone used the caller’s information to apply for unemployment benefits.
• At 12:41 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Watts Road concerning a stolen trailer.
• At 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Corporate Drive concerning a person wanted by West Virginia authorities. Raymond Brown was arrested on multiple charges.
• At 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Clifton Court concerning a person using the caller’s personal information to obtain unemployment benefits.

• At 11:08 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Powell County for mutual aid.
• At 1:31 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Iron Works and Goosey roads for an investigation.
• At 6 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Irvine Road.
• At 6:15 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.
• At 9:27 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Amster Grove Road for a water rescue.
• At 1:16 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Amster Grove Road for a water rescue.
• At 10:16 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Amster Grove Road for a water rescue.
• At 10:33 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Estill County for mutual aid.
• At 2:17 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Athens Boonesboro Road for a water rescue.

• At 12:17 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Fulton Road and Stamper Drive.
• At 4:50 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Iron Works Road.
• At 9:59 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rockwell Road.

Charged
• Odis D. Henson, 52, was charged Wednesday with second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.
• Brandi M. Lay, 40, was charged Wednesday with second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.
• Stephen Roe, 31, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

• At 11:!6 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Forest Avenue after a fence was damaged.
• At 3:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report at the police department for an EPO violation.
• At 8:32 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a motor vehicle accident which damaged a light pole.
• At 7:47 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Ashton Oak Way concerning a person filing for unemployment with the caller’s information.
• At 3:12 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to West Hickman Street concerning a person causing problems. Stephen Roe was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
• At 8:01 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Magnolia Street concerning a stolen chain saw from a vehicle.
• At 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Arbor Court after the caller found two cell phones in her yard.
• At 11:53 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Ratliff Court concerning a stolen bicycle.
• At 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to South Main Street after someone broke a second floor window.
• At 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Magnolia Street concerning a stolen bicycle.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
• From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 47 general medical calls, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one seizure, one stroke and two overdoses.
• At 8:48 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.
• At 10:12 a.m. and 3:23 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, Wall Street. Both incidents were false alarms.
• At 6:16 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.
• At 3:38 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, Wall Street. It was a false alarm.
• At 1:33 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on West Washington Street. It was a false alarm.
• At 7:50 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Windridge Drive.
• At 12:17 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Fulton Road and Stamper Drive.
• At 12:18 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Westwood Drive.
