WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

• James J. Ford, 44, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, no or expired registration plate and failure to maintain insurance.

• Michael James Glennon, 39, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

• Kevin Andrew Johnson, 23, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain insurance.

• Andrea S. Thomas, 40, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault.

• Brian Kendall Ditmer, 34, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

• Jason Aharold Litteral, 30, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.

• Devantay William Parker, 19, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

• Timothy Reynolds, 51, was charged Thursday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, violation of an EPO/DVO and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

• Connor A. Block, 23, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

• At 9:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Dorset Lane concerning an online scam.

• At 2:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Atrium Place for a domestic disturbance. Andrea S. Thomas and Michael James Glennon were arrested on multiple charges.

• At 5:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a theft of temporary license plates.

• At 7:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an assault which occurred on Cook Avenue.

• At 8:36 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to College Street after someone broke into a shed and took a ladder and weed trimmer.

• At 9:56 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to South Main Street after someone broke into a residence and stole tools.

• At 10:48 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft from a truck.

• At 2:46 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Beaumont Place concerning a stolen vehicle.

• At 5:23 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Strode Station Circle concerning a phone scam.

• At 9:48 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Sterling Street concerning an assault. Jason Aharold Litteral was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• At 10:58 a.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning harassing text messages including nude images.

• At 1:22 p.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an assault.

• At 4:38 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Hughes Avenue for a domestic disturbance.

• At 4:43 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Sycamore Street concerning a physical abuse case.

• At 6:37 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Chatham Place concerning a theft of medication, clothes and other items.

• At 7:09 p.m. Friday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a theft from a store.

• At 12:13 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Oxford Drive for a fight in progress.

• At 8:54 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Buffalo Trace concerning a stolen firearm.

• At 9:27 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an identity theft complaint.

• At 11:20 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a vandalism complaint.

• At 12:19 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning an assault.

• At 1:20 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft from a storage unit.

• At 2:35 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Linden Avenue for a domestic disturbance.

• At 9:03 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to South Main Street concerning a burglary.

Accidents

• At 5:18 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which a vehicle driven by Anita A. Johnson of Mount Sterling rear-ended another vehicle, driven by Emilee B. Rogers of Chandaland Lane. Officers believed Johnson had a medical emergency and was transported to the hospital to be evaluated. Rogers said she was driving north on Bypass Road and slowed for traffic, and her vehicle was struck from behind.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

• From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 40 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, six respiratory cases, one diabetic case, three seizures, two strokes and one overdose.

• At 7:40 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at a vacant house on Cook Ave.

• At 11:16 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on East Hickman Street.

• At 3:54 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Prescott Lane.

• At 7:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke in the area of Winn Avenue.

• At 3:58 a.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 103 mile marker on Interstate 64.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

• At 6:25 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Acadia Way.

• At 11:32 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Old Boonesboro Road.

• At 6:11 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Rockwell Road.

• At 7:49 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure on Cook Avenue.

• At 6:13 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Morris Road. Firefighters returned to the scene at 10:32 p.m. Saturday.

• At 10:53 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Pretty Run Road.

• At 3:58 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 103 mile marker on Interstate 64.

• At 4:19 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Calmes Boulevard.

• At 5:47 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
