• At 9:11 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Revilo Road.

• At 10:05 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Road and Robyn Drive.

• At 4:25 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Sulphur Wells Road.

• At 5:33 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Marquis Court.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

• George Parker, 45, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Ryan Michael Keinath, 33, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault and violation of an EPO/DVO.

• Brandon Dervey McCaffery, 32, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

Reports

• At 8:12 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Colby Ridge Boulevard after someone broke into a vehicle and stole change and an identification card.

• At 1:03 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen vehicle.

• At 8:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue after someone broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet.

• At 12:04 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning an assault five days earlier.

• At 11:06 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Mockingbird Valley Road for a domestic disturbance. Ryan Michael Keinath was arrested on multiple charges.

• At 2:18 p.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning recovered tools near Winn and Mutual avenues.

• At 10:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Hiawatha Trail for a domestic disturbance..

• At 11:48 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Linden Avenue concerning a person sneaking a juvenile out of the house at night.

• At 12:08 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an identity theft complaint.

• At 4:58 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Vaught Road for a breaking and entering complaint.

• At 1:21 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Apache Trail concerning an assault.

• At 1:31 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to West Hickman Street concerning a stolen vehicle.

• At 6:55 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an assault.

Accidents

• At 6:07 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which Brandon D. McCaffery of Fulton Road was traveling east when he struck a stopped vehicle, being operated by James Flora of Dogwood Lane. McCaffery said the traffic light was green, but Flora said it was red the entire time. Flora was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for unspecified injuries. McCaffery was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

• From Wednesday afternoon through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 72 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one seizure, two overdoses and one obstetric case.

• At 3:22 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Paris Road.

• At 4:18 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Seventh Street concerning a downed power line.

• At 8 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Four Mile Road.

• At 10:05 a.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Road and Robyn Drive.

• At 6:45 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 92 mile marker on Interstate 64.

• At 6:08 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an accident at Lexington Avenue and Main Street.

• At 4:03 a.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to South Main Street for a downed utility line.
