• Billy J. Estes, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing March 18.
• John Kesterman, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of marijuana, dismissed; sentencing March 18.
• Tina M. Neal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to one year, probated for two years.
• Daniel Watts, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, recommended minimum fines and costs; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, diverted for three years concurrent with Madison County case; sentencing March 18.
• Christina Kemmeter, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years, sentencing April 8.
• Christina L. Kemmeter, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, concurrent with previous case; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; sentencing April 8.
