The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Jan. 21, 2021, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
• Stephanie N. Morris, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – heroin, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; sentencing March 4.
• Walter J. Chinault, third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.
• Robin Melton, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment.
• Jeannie Elkins, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to three years.
• Brian McIntosh, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
• Brian McIntosh, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year consecutive to previous case.
• Brian K. McIntosh, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year consecutive to previous cases.
• Robert E. Garrett, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, four- to six-month loss of license.
