Charles H. Cope, 93, of Winchester passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021. A visitation will be held 12-1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 29, 2021. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, at Taul Funeral Home Chapel Frenchburg, with Rev. Ronald Barker officiating, with burial following at Mack Cemetery.
