The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Jan. 7, 2021, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
• Mark Wayne Wooten, trafficking in a controlled substance – heroin (four counts), sentenced to 10 years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – fentanyl (three counts), sentenced to five years concurrent.
• Shirley Dean Moore, driving under the influence (fourth or greater offense), sentenced to two years and one day, fined, five year license suspension; driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense), sentenced to two years and one day concurrent; probated for three years.
• Zachary J. Noble, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, sentenced to five years, probated for three years with long-term treatment.
• John B. Sparks, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years, probated for three years.
• Darrell L. Hawkins, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine (two counts), sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – fentanyl, sentenced to five years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
• Darrell Lewis Hawkins, tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous case.
• Jason D. Lewis, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence imposed.
• Owen Crowe, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to two years.
• James B. McMillan, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
• Ronald Styles, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to three years.
• Adam B. Clem, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
• Reginald Knowles, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation reinstated.
• Bobby D. Ford, first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment and restitution.
• Fred Reed, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, probated for three years with long-term treatment.
• Tina M. Neal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing Feb. 11.
