• Joseph Angelo Maghan, 53, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and failure to appear.

• Ashley M. Webb, 26, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

• Zeta Lynn Winburn, 65, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

• At 3:02 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Magnolia Street concerning a stolen vehicle. Michael Lee Holland was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.

• At 12:01 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Fifth Street for a vehicle vandalism complaint.

• At 5:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft of merchandise.

• At 11:39 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rolling Hills Lane concerning a lost wallet.

• At 2:29 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning damage to a rented television.

• At 3:26 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Boone Avenue concerning a stolen package.

• At 3:52 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a suspected shoplifter. Joseph Angelo Maghan was arrested on multiple charges.
