The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 18, 2020, with Judge William Engle presiding.

— Grmyko Chenault, first-degree assault, amended to second-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to  five years; first-degree wanton endangerment (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Alexssandra Chenault, complicity to first-degree assault, mended to facilitation to second-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 12 months.

The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 19, 2020, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Malik Kenney, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) (three counts, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent; third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Keri R. Witt, failure to maintain insurance, sentenced to 90 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, diverted for two years.

— Shirley Dean Moore, driving under the influence (fourth offense), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day, fines, suspended operator’s license for five years, ignition interlock device; driving on DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Jan. 7, 2021.

— Ronnie Fox, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year, diverted for two years, restitution.

— Robert Vanleuvan, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.

— John Kesterman, probation violation, stipulated to violation, restitution due upon release.

— John Kesterman, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Jessica Ryann Noble, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Jessica R. Noble, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to three years.

— Jason J. Wakeley, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Jason J. Wakeley, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case.

— Jacob Bowman, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Jeffery Crowe, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to two years and one day.
