The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 5, 2020, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Timothy W. McIntosh, first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, probated for three years with long-term treatment; sentencing Dec. 3.

— Alessandro M. English, driving under the influence (fourth offense), sentenced to one year, loss of operator’s license for one year, fined; rear license not illuminated, fine waived; no or expired registration plate, fine waived; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, dismissed; no or expired registration receipt, fine waived; no tail lamps, fine waived.

— Dustin B. Montgomery, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 12 months concurrent; public intoxication, pleaded guilty, recommended 90 days concurrent; sentencing Dec. 3.

— Zachary J. Noble, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, probated for three years with long-term treatment or drug court; first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (five counts), dismissed; receiving stolen property under $500 (two counts), dismissed; sentencing Dec. 3.
