CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:28 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Edison Court.

— At 6:13 p.m. and 9:37 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Duvall Avenue.

— At 10:56 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 9:52 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Sterling Road.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Brittany P. Tingle, 23, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary and served a warrant.

— Ricky Allen Baxter, 56, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

cole, 28, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Brian Heath Crowe, 46, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property over $10,000.

— Eric Eugene Rison, 34, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— John B. Sparks, 39, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $500, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Travis Scott Taylor, 27, was charged Tuesday with trafficking in marijuana less than 8 ounces.

— At 1:22 p.m. Monday, officers were called to East Washington Street concerning an employee theft.

— At 7:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, Bypass Road, concerning two people stealing merchandise. Brittany Tingle was arrested for third-degree burglary and served two warrants.

— At 12:08 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Holly Avenue concerning an assault with a beer can. Ricky Baxter was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 11:24 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Carolina Avenue after a vehicle was vandalized and three tires were slashed.

— At 11:26 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Early Drive concerning a stolen pickup truck.

— At 3:59 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Andover Drive concerning an emergency protection order violation. Eric Rison was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 4:38 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department after a vehicle was damaged earlier in the morning.

— At 4:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning two stolen bicycles.

— At 4:51 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Pear Court concerning a stolen air compressor.

— At 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Western Avenue concerning a theft of an identification card and keys.

— At 9:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, Bypass Road, concerning two men who left without paying for merchandise. John B. Sparks and AAron W. Cole were arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, Hospital Drive, concerning recovered property.

— At 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Powe Street concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:51 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Sycamore Street after two tires were slashed on a vehicle.

— At 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to East Washington Street concerning an assault.

— At 12:46 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Pioneer Drive concerning a financial scam.

— At 3 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Bane Place concerning a person causing problems and trying to remove property from a residence.

— At 10:51 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Memorial Park concerning a possible attempted burglary.

 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Laura M. Tuttle, 34, of Seneca Drive, was charged Oct. 30 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Richard M. Griffith, 58, of Bybee Road, was charged Oct. 30 with fourth-degree assault.

— Kathern McBride, 53, of Bybee Road, was charged Oct. 30 with fourth-degree assault.

— Victoria Thomas, 33, of Booneville, was charged Oct. 30 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, first-degree promoting contraband, public intoxication and hindering apprehension.

— Wendy Newsome, 42, of Chatham Place, was charged Oct. 31 with careless driving, driving under the influence and failure to wear seat belt.

— Alaysha Adams, 20, of LExington, was charged Sunday with speeding, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Donald W. Miller, 82, of Stonecrest Road, was charged Oct. 31 with second-degree assault.

— James Miller, 36, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

Reports

— At 6:46 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Verna Drive after a window was broken on a vehicle.

— At 12:18 p.m. Oct. 29, deputies were called to Two Mile Road after someone broke into the caller’s apartment, damaged property and stole her car.

— At 1:27 p.m. Oct. 31, deputies were called to Sidwell Lane concerning a stolen toolbox and tools.

— At 7:57 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Fairview Avenue after two credit cards were found.

Accidents

— At 11:18 a.m. Oct. 23, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Harriet Wininger of Stratford Glen Drive said she was traveling west when an oncoming vehicle entered her lane and the two vehicles collided. The other driver, Ronda K. Johnson of Lexington, said she did not remember what happened. Wininger, Johnson and Johnson’s passenger Dajea Hampton of Lexington, were all transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 22 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, seven respiratory cases, two strokes and two overdoses.

— At 8:35 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at Rally’s on West Lexington Avenue.

— At 12:08 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Brown Proctor Apartments, South Main Street.

— At 3:54 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Mount Sterling Road.

— At 5:13 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Holiday Road.
