WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 46 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, 10 respiratory cases, one diabetic case, three seizures, one stroke and two overdoses.
— At 9:06 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 3:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass and McCormick roads.
— At 7:36 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Pedro Way.
— At 9:40 a.m. and 11:36 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. Both calls were false alarms.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 9:06 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 10:49 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded top a vehicle fire near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 11:09 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Muddy Creek Road.
— At 11:52 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Log Lick Road.
— At 3:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Mount Sterling Road for an investigation.
— At 9:59 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Bybee Road.
— At 3:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Log Lick Road for an investigation.
— At 3:56 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fontaine Boulevard.
— At 6:46 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 3:34 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Iron Works Road. A second alarm was sounded at 3:45 p.m.
— At 3:50 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at Irvine and Trapp Goffs Corner roads.
— At 4:39 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 8:50 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a fire on West Lexington Avenue.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Brittany Ann Alwine, 27, was charged OCt. 31 with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
— James Leighton Crawford, 41, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
— Eugenio Artemio Alfaro Lopez, 49, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Colby C. Plummer, 26, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
— William T. Strange, 39, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain insurance and no or expired registration receipt.

— At 7:35 a.m. Friday, officers were called to East Lexington Avenue after a muffler was stolen from a church bus.
— At 10:36 a.m. Friday, officers were called to East Broadway Street concerning a theft of mail.
— At 1:23 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Linden Avenue concerning a stolen phone from a vehicle.
— At 10:03 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Ashley Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 10:12 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Churchill Drive concerning the theft of items from a vehicle.
— At 7:20 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to College Street concerning a person causing problems.
— At 5:22 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Magnolia Street concerning the theft of two televisions.
— At 6:28 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to North Main Street concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 10:04 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to South Maple Street concerning a suspicious person. William Strange was arrested on multiple charges.
Accident
— At 3:22 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Roy D. Gentry of Jeffersonville was turning left onto Bypass Road. Gentry said he was waved out by a driver in one lane but did not see an oncoming vehicle in the other lane, driven by James D. Mayo of Ashley Drive, Winchester. Following the impact, the vehicles struck a third, driven by James A. Brown of Crowe Ridge Road. A passenger in Mayo’s vehicle, Sharon May, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
