CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Brina Crowe, 46, of McCullough Lane, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Stacy Thacker, 37, of Holiday Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— Chaiten Tomlin, 23, of Mount Sterling, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, no seat belt, no insurance, driving under the influence, speeding and no registration plate.

— Clay E. Lucas, 26, of Mount Sterling, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

—  Ortiz Gustavo, 27, was charged Sunday with speeding, reckless driving, first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), driving under the influence, resisting arrest, no operator’s license, menacing and alcohol intoxication.

— Asia S. Kibbey, 32, of Hillcrest Avenue, was charged Monday with reckless driving, expired registration plate and driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 11:50 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Clintonville Road after someone damaged a lock on a gate.

— At 3:19 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Clintonville Road concerning a stolen package.

 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Robyn Drive.

— At 1:03 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

— At 1:09 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wills Rupard Road.

— At 1:56 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Boonesboro and Old Stone Church roads.

— At 10:26 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Elkin Station Road.

— At 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Teal Lane.

— At 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Steve Court.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Alisha Lynn Campbell, 39, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

— Breanna Ashley Martin, 26, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Samantha Lynn Neace, 24, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 2:42 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Hays Street for a fight in progress.

— At 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an identity theft.

— At 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, Bypass Road, concerning a woman hiding items in her purse. Samantha Lynn Neace was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 8:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Giovanni’s, West Lexington Avenue, concerning an assault between employees.
