In the first round of local pageants, Lainie Mitchell, left, was crowned Miss Clark County and Victoria French, right, was crowned Miss Clark County Fair. Lainie is the 16-year-old daughter of Shawna and Scott Mitchell of Winchester. Victoria is the 21-year-old daughter of Mark and Peggy French of Morganfield, Kentucky.
