Lainie is the 16-year-old daughter of Shawna and Scott Mitchell of Winchester. Victoria is the 21-year-old daughter of Mark and Peggy French of Morganfield, Kentucky.

Dozens of girls from Clark County and around the state competed in a series of pageants hosted at the Clark County Fairgrounds this week. The pageants are normally hosted during the annual Clark County Fair, but the fair was canceled this year because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
