CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Kenneth Fraley, 40, of 5278 Pine Ridge Road, was charged Saturday with no seat belt, license plate not illuminated, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, driving under the influence (second offense) and possession of marijuana.

— Jessica Ware, 37, of 175 Chatham Place, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no seat belt, reckless driving and no proof of insurance.

— Wilgus Roberts, 51, of Clay City, was charged Monday with no operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, driving under the influence (fourth offense) and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Bradley Smith, 37, of Nicholasville, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Reports

— At 9:28 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 501 Kiddville Road after a gate was damaged.

— At 3:48 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 309 McDowell Drive concerning a missing firearm. It was later recovered.

— At 6:31 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 795 Bushwood Lane concerning a stolen firearm.

— At 4:44 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Trapp Goffs Corner Road concerning a person making threats over Facebook.

— 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 510 Wills Rupard Road concerning an accidental shooting. No one was injured.

Accidents

— At 12:02 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Red River Road in which Dennis D. Sams of 205B Holly St. lost control of his motorcycle in a curve and slid into a tree. Sams was flown from the scene to the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:25 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Hud Road.

— At 7:54 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding on Cherokee Court.

— At 9:14 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Muddy Creek Road.

— At 12:22 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wills Rupard Road.

— At 10:55 a.m. Wednesday firefighters responded to an injury accident at Bypass Road and Redwing Drive.

— At 5:07 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Sterling Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Julie Hunley, 39, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

— Joshua T. Ramsey, 36, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

— Cassie Crowe, 32, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal abuse.

— Christopher Monroe Faulkner, 35, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— Marquis J. Robinson, 30, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal abuse.

— Natalie Ann Shearer, 56, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 6:40 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 108 Hood Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 8:12 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 10:14 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 3 Sycamore St. concerning two juveniles making threats to harm the caller’s daughter.

— At 10:57 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1605 Fortune Drive after someone broke into a storage building and took several tools.

— At 4:32 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 419 Estes Drive after a bicycle was recovered.

— At 5:08 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 124 Alabama St. concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 6:15 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1500 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 10:36 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department about a domestic violence order violation.

— At 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., concerning an assault.

— At 9:27 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 331 Canewood Drive after someone pulled a gun on the caller earlier in the day.

— At 12:07 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 108.5 Franklin Ave. concerning a stolen television.

— 12:49 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 224 Buffalo Trace for a fight in progress.

— At 1:41 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 2.5 S. Burns Ave. concerning an assault which occurred on Seventh Street.

— At 9:56 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1 Magnolia St. concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a child abuse case. Cassie Crowe and Marquis Robinson were charged with first-degree criminal abuse.

— At 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone from a vehicle on Alabama Street.

—At 10:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 104 April Way for a domestic disturbance.

— At 10:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 306 W. Hickman St. after someone broke into a residence.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 35 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 12 Seventh St. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:52 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Redwing Drive.
