Nick Bailey, a financial advisor with Townsend Financial Planning LLC, recently earned his Certified Financial Planner certification.

Of the thousands of financial advisors in Kentucky, only 837 hold a CFP certification, and less than 6 percent are under the age of 30. This accomplishment early in Bailey’s career is proof of his passion for the firm’s clients and his fiduciary responsibility to them.

A graduate of Morehead State University, Bailey joined the team at Townsend Financial in 2016 and specializes in technical aspects of financial advising, including tax planning, insurance analysis and investment monitoring.

He resides in his hometown of Winchester with his wife, Terri, and their dog, Mango.

When he is not working, he enjoys leading a small group at his church and spending time outdoors fishing, kayaking and hunting.
