WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 50 general medical calls, nine cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, three seizures, three strokes and two overdoses.
— At 3:53 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a garbage fire at 4 Mutual Ave.
— At 9:13 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a downed utility line at 69 Melbourne St.
— At 9:27 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 10:49 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Athens Boonesboro Road.
— At 12:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Bybee Road.
— At 6:44 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Stamper Drive.
— At 7:20 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
— At 6:57 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Van Meter Road.
— At 12:23 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mina Station Road.
— At 3:31 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Wades Mill Road.
— At 6:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
— At 8:08 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Holiday Road for a report of falling ashes.
— At 9:28 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 9:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted another agency with a call on Fourmile Road.
— At 11:21 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rabbittown Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Miriam Rose Arena, 21, was charged SAturday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Wayne Curtis Bennett, 26, was charged Saturday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
— Zaire Kadeem Dudley, 26, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO and first-degree criminal trespass.
— Paris Lee Green, 34, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.
— David Lewis Jackson Hagler, no age given, was charged Saturday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— John Isaac Huguely, 58, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Gary Lee Moberly, 60, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal trespassing.
— Carlton Jacob Nickell, 26, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Joshua Patrick York, 33, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 12:46 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 616 Boone AVe. for a domestic disturbance.
— At 10:42 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1007 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of six candles and a large wreath.
— At 2:14 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of dish soap. Paris Lee Green was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:14 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 300 CG Stephenson Drive after someone put sugar in the fuel tank of the caller’s vehicle.
— At 5:41 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen car.
— At 6:43 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning sexual misconduct.
— At 6:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1129 W. Lexington Ave. concerning suspected drug activity.
— At 6:59 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 570 Van Meter Road concerning two people passed out inside a running vehicle. Carlton Jacob Nickell and Wayne Curtis Bennett were arrested on multiple charges.
— At 1:01 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 314 Carolina Ave. concerning a broken window at a residence.
— At 10:16 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 29 Franklin Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 6:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive for a fight in progress. Zaire Dudley was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 9:58 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.
