Charged

— Jacob Alan Conner, 24, was charged Monday with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, first-degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident (failure to render aid).

— Brendan Adam Clem, 28, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Timothy Coons, 53, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500, resisting arrest, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine).

— Donna Jean Johnson, 47, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Tina Rosebery, 43, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.
