Jami Grace Willoughby, 40, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at her home in Winchester. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on April 8, 1980, to Wendell and Karen Parker Willoughby.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Drake Lee Mingua and Dalton Wayne Estes; one brother, Keith (Devan) Willoughby; grandparents, Mary Lou Miller, Robert C. and Margie Parker; several extended family members and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
