Heavy rains cause flooding

: Wades Mill Road was flooded near Montgomery County Tuesday afternoon. Dispatch got a report that there was an automobile trapped in high water on Big Stoner, but Clark County Fire Chief Ernie Barnes said the vehicle was not located. Barnes said firefighters asked dispatch to contact the state Department of Highways about putting up barricades on Wades Mill to keep people from driving through the floodwaters. More heavy rain and thunderstorms are forecast every day except for Saturday for the next 10 days.
