— Christina Kemmeter, 34, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:02 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 102 Bane Place concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 10:53 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of tools, which the caller found at pawn shops.

— At 11:22 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 309 N. Main St. after windows were broke and vehicles were rummaged through.
