Scott Thomas Conlee, 40, husband of Connie Meadows Conlee, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at University of Kentucky Bluegrass Hospice Center. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on February 27, 1980, to the late Walter “Clem” and Judy T. Conlee. He was the CEO of Bluegrass Farrier Service, LLC, a lifelong farmer and a member of First Church of God Colby Road. Scott loved team roping, farming and his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Bailey and Addi Conlee; one sister, Martha Watts; grandmother, Ruth Conlee; several aunts and uncles; mother and father-in-law, Jerry and Eva Meadows; brother and sister-in-law, Dwaine and Tonya Meadows; brother-in-law, Kevin Meadows; three nephews, Rylan Meadows, Dylan Watts and Mason Meadows; one niece, Alyssa Watts; and several close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Stanley Conlee, Eugene and Eula Thomas.

In keeping with the requests of our governor services will be private with Alan Hutchinson, Ron Ingram and Dwaine Meadows officiating. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Neal, Nathan Green, Benji Reynolds, Austin Nettleship, Brad Pasley, Nathan Whitaker, Justin Talip, Brian Driskell, Taylor Cooper, Wes Kincaid, Oscar Martinez, Fabian Reyes and David VanBebber. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Conlee, Brian Thomas, Staff at Airdre Stud, Bluewater Farms, Winstar Farms and Bluegrass Stockyards.
