WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 25 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, six respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke, two overdoses and one obstetric case.

— At 7:17 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a gas leak at 605 Rolling Hills Lane.

— At 3:53 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. It was a false alarm.

— At 9:47 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 2960 Mount Sterling Road.

 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6:49 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 59 Watts Road for an investigation.

– At 6:39 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 2916 Ford Hampton Road for an unauthorized burn.

— At 9:47 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 2960 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 5:01 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Gilvin Lane.

— At 5:04 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3829 Wades Mill Road.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Mike A. Peters, 57, was charged Friday with reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and failure to maintain insurance.

— At 8:15 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 19 Fairview Ave. concerning the theft of a go-kart and a bicycle.

— At 10:23 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 519 Country Club Court concerning the theft of cash, a car seat base and a stroller.

— At 10:58 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 154 Cook Ave. concerning a theft of wiring.

— At 2:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 135 Cook Ave. concerning the theft of a bicycle.

— At 7:44 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen license plate from a vehicle.

— At 5:46 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 341 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 7:57 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 103 Buffalo Trace after someone broke into a residence and took a toilet, boxes of flooring, paint and tools.

— At 8:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 134 Holly Ave. concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 10:09 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1202 Westwood Drive concerning a theft of keys.

— At 2:52 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 111 and 117 Westside Drive after someone broke into a residence, stole keys and attempted to steal a vehicle.

— At 8:05 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 152 Magnolia St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:26 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 807 W. Lexington Ave. after someone broke into a shop.

— At 6:15 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 358 Camden Drive concerning a person making threats and a possible assault on A Street.

 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 3:39 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 780 L&E Junction Road after several tools and cash were stolen from the caller’s truck.

— At 4:26 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to Old Boonesboro Road after eight tires were dumped on the caller’s property.

— At 2:49 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to the Interstate 64 rest area after a person pulled a gun on the caller.
