CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Shannon Abner, 38, of 320 Vanover Way, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and first-degree wanton endangerment.
Reports
— At 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 13 Chicadee Lane after a vehicle was damaged following a verbal argument.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls and one cardiac case.
— AT 2:19 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 2:21 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 1315 Enterprise Drive for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:19 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Colonial Park Drive.
— At 1:39 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Vanover Way.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Amanda M. Callahan, 32, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespassing.
— Brian K. Ditmer, 33, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
— James William Evans, 36, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary.
— Melanie Dawn Lukasavage, 40, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Ramye Marie Sparks, 43, was charge Tuesday with third-degree criminal trespassing and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
— Timothy Lee Stidham, 39, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Anthony Tincher, 38, was charged Tuesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and second-degree criminal trespass.
Reports
— At 5:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Timothy Stidham was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 7:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of a backpack and jewelry. Ramye Sparks was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a person stealing UK merchandise. Anthony Tincher was arrested on multiple charges.
