WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, four respiratory cases and two seizures.

— At 9:01 a.m. Thursday, emergency personnel responded to a call of smoke in the area of 8 Carol Road.

— At 2:45 p.m. Thursday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at the 103-mile marker of Interstate 64 east.

— At 7:05 p.m. Thursday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Wall Street.

— At 10:14 p.m. Thursday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at 2342 Ironworks Road.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Selena Black, 60, was charged Thursday with first-degree disorderly conduct.

— Ronnie Lee Martin, 58, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Marilyn Smith, 29, was charged Thursday with no brake lights, no or expired registration plates, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt and failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance.

Reports

— At 1:55 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 54 S. Main St. concerning at assault.

— At 12:29 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 229 E. Washington St. after jewelry and medication were stolen from the home.

— At 12:31 p.m. Thursday, officers respond to 202 Cherry St. concerning juveniles breaking windows and throwing mud and paint at the property.

— At 1:16 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of a stolen truck.

— At 2:27 p.m. Thursday, officers reopened to 314 Carolina Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle listed for sale on Craigslist.

— At 5:58 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 951 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— At 6:06 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:14 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1 Hubbard Road after $50 was stolen from an employee.

— At 6:21 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning shoplifting.

— At 11:17 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 3 Hiawatha Trail after someone stole chairs from the back porch.

 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Accidents

— At 2:45 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident the 101-mile marker of Interstate 64 in which a 2005 Dodge Neon driven by Robert Wagoner of Morehead ran into the median. Witness said Wagoner overcorrected, crossing both eastbound lanes and ran off the left side of the roadway striking an embankment on the driver’s side. Wagoner was ejected from the back window of the vehicle before it spun back into the roadway. He was transported to the University of Kentucky with unspecified injuries.
