— Mark Brewer, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment; driving under the influence (second offense), pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days, 12-month license suspension, fined.

— Mark Brewer, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment, concurrent with previous case; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days.

— Jason J. Wakeley, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment.

— Derick Damrell, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing March 19.

— Jamie A. Smith, third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years, sentencing March 19.

— Dale Davidson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Jason J. Wakeley, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, 30 days; failure to or improper signal, pleaded guilty, fined.

— William R. Bowman, first-degree criminal mischief, sentenced to three years; theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to 180 days concurrent; third-degree burglary, sentenced to three years concurrent.

— Jeffrey S. Bostick, first-degree criminal mischief, sentenced to four years; theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; third-degree burglary, sentenced to four years concurrent.

— Kayla Horton, first-degree criminal mischief, sentenced to two years and one day; theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to 180 days concurrent; third-degree burglary, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent.

— Jeffrey S. Bostick, first-degree bail jumping, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case.

— Amanda J. York, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years; third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to six months; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.

— Larry D.
