CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— David Flack, 41, of 3651 Old Boonesboro Road, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.
— Paul Francis, 59, of 131 Buckner St., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
— Tommy G. Barrett, 34, of 138 Stephenson Heights, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication.
Reports
— At 9:47 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road, concerning a possible theft.
— At 10 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 238 Old Muddy Creek Road concerning a fight in progress.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two diabetic cases and one overdose.
— At 12:28 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Interstate 64.
— At 2:54 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Main Street.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 6:28 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 285 Winn Ave.
— At 7:12 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Stoner Ephesus Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Reports
— At 10:31 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 401 N. Maple St. for a harassment complaint.
— At 11:51 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 850 Bypass Road for a harassment complaint.
— At 6:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 265 Redwing Drive concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
— At 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse at Starbucks.
— At 7:46 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1031 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.
Accidents
— At 12:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Maple Street in which a vehicle driven by William A. West of 320 Essex Court rear-ended another vehicle, driven by Jeremy Umphries of Beaver, Ohio, as it was preparing to turn right. A passenger in Umphries’ vehicle, Shane Umphries of Lucasville, Ohio, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
