Jeremiah Mundy-Lloyd is a sophomore wing for George Rogers Clark’s boys basketball team. Mundy-Lloyd set season-highs against Madison Central with 10 points and eight rebounds as he helped bring the Cards back to remain undefeated.
QUESTION: What’s your favorite part about basketball?
Mundy-Lloyd: Getting to play with new people I haven’t played with before and when the fans and student section are into the game and hyping it up.
Q: Did you set any personal goals before the season?
M: Make myself better and understand how the game works more.
Q: Do you have any athletes you try to model your game after?
M: Draymond Green
Q: What’s your favorite memory playing basketball?
M: When we were playing Madisonville-North Hopkins who’s one of the top teams in the state. It felt like we can be one of the top teams in the state.
Q: Who has had the most influence on your basketball career?
M: Kevin Durant because he’s smart about the decisions he makes on and off the court.
Q: Did you set any team goals before the season?
M: To win region and make it to Rupp.
