CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 6:22 p.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning a vehicle stolen from the shoulder of the Mountain Parkway.

Accidents

— At 1:06 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on McClure Road in which Roy L. Freeman Jr. of 534 Westmeade Drive was traveling west and turned in front of another vehicle, driven by Larry Stamper of Augusta, Kentucky. Stamper said he could not avoid the collision. Freeman’s vehicle then struck a garbage truck owned by Rumpke Transportation, which was stopped on the side of the road. Freeman said he did not remember what happened. Freeman was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one diabetic case.

— At 1:06 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at McClure Road and Westmeade Drive.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:18 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.

— At 1:08 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at McClure Road and Westmeade Drive.

— At 4:28 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Log Lick Road.

— At 9:46 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Duvall Avenue.

— At 2:05 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Agawam Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Carlton J. Nickell, 25, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 1:44 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for an identity theft complaint.

— At 6:24 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 12 Leonard Ave. concerning a stolen video game system and controller.

— At 7:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 114 E. Lexington Ave. for a trespassing complaint. Carlton J. Nickell was arrested on multiple charges.
