CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— James W. Evans, 36, of Winchester, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and speeding.

— Crayvone Richie, 23, of Richmond, was charged Saturday with speeding, driving under the influence and trafficking in marijuana.

— Christal Slone, 42, of 213 Moss Circle, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no insurance, failure to maintain insurance and expired registration plate.

— Darren Clingham, 23, of 65 Smith St., was charged Saturday with speeding and trafficking in marijuana

— Abrasia D. Byrd, 27, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence (second offense).

— Covey L. Brock, 34, of London, was charged Sunday with speeding on driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

Reports

— At 11:43 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to GenCanna, 321 Venable Road, concerning a missing laptop computer.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, three diabetic cases, two strokes, two seizures and one obstetric case.

— At 4:27 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a garbage fire at 707 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 4:09 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 24 W. Lexington Ave.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:28 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a chimney fire on Iron Works Road.

— At 12:03 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 87 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 9:45 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rockwell Road.

— At 10:03 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 3 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 10:12 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a gas monitor alarm at 150 McKinley Lane.

— At 2:55 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a grass fire near the 100 mile marker on Interstate 64.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Christos N. Gryspos, 32, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary.

— Jason Allen Smart, 45, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.

— Samantha Dawn Snead, 31, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, giving an officer a false name, theft of identity, trafficking in stolen identities, fugitive from another state and was served a warrant.

— At 2:31 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 960 Interstate Drive for a property damage complaint.

— At 4:42 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 8 Winchester Plaza concerning a theft.

— At 7:32 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 510 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 6:27 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 530 Hidden Hills Way concerning a stolen moped.

— At 12:07 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 104 Daytona Drive for property damage to a vehicle.

— At 1:25 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 114 Westside Drive concerning an assault.

— At 2:30 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 7:38 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Samantha Snead was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:39 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 810 Bypass Road for an alarm sounding.

— At 2:04 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 850 Bypass Road for a property damage complaint.

— At 5:18 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1920 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 9:28 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 13 Victory Ave. for a domestic disturbance. Jason Smart was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

— At 9:42 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 850 Bypass Road concerning a stolen vehicle.
