CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— John Masterson, 28, of 108 Elizabeth St., was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, expired registration plate, no registration receipt, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, failure to produce insurance card, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle and rear license plate not illuminated.
— Ryan French, 45, of Clay City, was charged Friday with trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, one headlight and rear license not illuminated.
— Holly Walsh, 28, of Clay City, was charged Friday with trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Jason Reynolds, 39, was charged Friday with trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:19 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke along Boonesboro Road.
— At 12:02 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Stoney Brook Drive.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and two strokes.
— At 3:32 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 200 Rose Mary Drive. It was a false alarm.
— At 5:46 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a stove fire at 220 Oxford Drive Apt. 4.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Gregory Noble, 53, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal mischief.
Reports
— At 9:14 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 5:15 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Gregory Noble was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 6:55 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 307 College St. after someone broke into a residence and took several items.
