Charged
— Guadalupe Aguirre, 33, was charged Friday with no operator’s moped license.
— Arthur Bangs, 21, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), possession for sale/transfer of a simulated controlled substance and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
— Japeth Cook, no age given, was charged Wednesday with resisting arrest, prescription controlled substance not in original container, public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, selling or transfer of a simulated controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense), first-degree fleeing or evading police and tampering with physical evidence.
— Michael Curtis, 31, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of controlled substance (first offense, heroin), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, first-degree promoting contraband and tampering with physical evidence.
— Russell Gentry, 32, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.
— Keith Gross, 36, was charged Saturday with trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
— Israel Harris, 36, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal trespassing, giving an officer false identifying information, fugitive from another state and was served a warrant.
— Robert Hessler, 50, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Brandon Kenney, 30, was charged Saturday with operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Michael Kimbler, 35, was charged Saturday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) $500 or more.
— Ashley Neal, 33, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or younger.
— Felicia Noble, 34, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, buying or possession drug paraphernalia and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
— Shawna Price, 43, was charged Friday with rear license not illuminated, known fraudulent use of an ID card and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— From Wednesday to Sunday, emergency personnel responded to 51 general medical calls, eight cardiac cases, 10 respiratory cases, four strokes, one seizure and two overdoses.

— At 9:22 a.m. Friday firefighters responded to a fire alarm on Colby Road.
— At 11:51 a.m. Friday firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 6:04 p.m. Friday firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 101-mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 7:13 p.m. Friday, firefighters conducted an investigation on Edison Court.
— At 7:48 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to injury accident at the 91-mile marker of Interstate 64.
— At 3:44 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted emergency crews with a call on Ecton Road.
— At 7:56 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted emergency crews with a call on Hibiscus Lane.
— At 8:08 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted emergency crews with a call on Patrick Lane.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
— At 4 p.m. Friday, deputies took a report of threatening text messages.
— At 9:28 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to Rainbow Bingo Hall in reference to fraudulent use of a credit card to purchase a $600 iPad.
— At 2:56 p.m. Wednesday, deputies took a report of an unknown person depositing large amounts of money in the caller’s bank account fraudulently, then withdrawing the funds causing overdrafts.
