CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Johnny K. Ratliff, 26, of 502 Westwood Drive, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls and one cardiac case.

— At 1:36 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 7 N. Main St. for a report of smoke in a building. It was a false alarm. WMU was testing its lines with smoke.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Iron Works Road. for a possible structure fire. It was a trash fire.

— At 9:57 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 116 Woodduck Court for a smell of gas.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kayo Ancel Gary, 35, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Andy Lee Stockley, 39, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property.

Reports

— At 5:21 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. after someone broke into an apartment.

— At 6:09 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a suspicious person. Kayo Ancel Gary was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.

— At 11:55 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 311 Waveland Ave. after a vehicle was damaged and a person making threats.

— At 3:59 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 8 Winchester Plaza concerning a theft.

— At 4:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 7:17 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 335 S. Burns Ave. concerning a theft of laundry.

— At 10:06 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 14 Linden Ave. concerning a theft of tools from a vehicle.
