New study at Ruckerville
Ruckerville Church of Christ, 3784 Old Ruckerville Road, will study Luke during December by reading one chapter a day. Services are at 11 a.m. Sundays with Bible study at 10 a.m.
Wesleyan Church Christmas Concert
The Wesleyan Church of Winchester presents The Lore Family Gospel Singers in concert at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at Shearer Elementary School, 244 E. Broadway. Supper will be provided following the concert.
Services at Forest Grove
Worship services at Forest Grove Christian Church, 4733 Old Boonesboro Road, are at 10:30 a.m. Sundays. Sunday School is at 9:15 a.m. Sunday evening Bible study is at 6 p.m. Wednesday Bible study and youth groups meet at 6 p.m. Sunday worship service is broadcast on local cable channel 378 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 p.m. and Fridays at 8 p.m.
Services at Liberty Bible Church
Services at Liberty Bible Church God, 6615 Veterans Memorial Highway, are as follows: Sunday School, 9:30 a.m.; Sunday morning services, 10:30 a.m., with children’s church and nursery provided; Sunday evening services, 6 p.m.; Wednesday night Bible study at 6 p.m.

Trinity United Methodist Church, 307 N. Main St., has Sunday services at 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.

Shepherds Church Independent Full Gospel, 1107 Pioneer Drive, has Sunday services at 10:45 a.m. All are welcome.
Food pantry at First Baptist
First Baptist Church, 37 N. Highland St., operates a food pantry in partnership with God’s Pantry from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday at the church. The pantry is open to those in need and for donations from the community. For more information, call the church at 744-6624.
Services at First Presbyterian
Worship services at First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Adult, children and youth Sunday school classes begin at 9:30 a.m. downstairs. Services at Salem Church
This Sunday the congregation of Salem Church at Pine Grove, 312 Combs Ferry Road, begins its celebration of Advent.
Pastor Don Stanley will begin a sermon series on “The Songs of Christmas” by considering John the Baptist’s song. Worship at the “Small Country Church with a Big Heart for Jesus” begins at 11 a.m.
The Sacrament of Communion will be celebrated, and the service will be followed by a pot-luck luncheon, after which folks are invited to help decorate the church for the season.
