Charged

— Jeffrey Strange, 43, of Clay City was charged Monday with driving under the influence (second offense), one headlight and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls and three respiratory cases.

— At 1:53 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 1515 W. Lexington Ave.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:56 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Iron Works Road for an investigation.

— At 2:36 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Brookshire Lane.

— At 10:32 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to the 96 mile marker of Interstate 64 for an investigation.

— At 3:48 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a smell of smoke on Lamond Ruelle.

— At 10:48 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Market Street.

— At 5:47 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Vernon Drive.
