— At 10:32 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to the 96 mile marker of Interstate 64 for an investigation.

— At 3:48 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a smell of smoke on Lamond Ruelle.

— At 10:48 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Market Street.

— At 5:47 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Vernon Drive.

— Kayo Ancel Gary, 35, was charged Monday and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Reports

— At 6:41 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a person refusing to leave. Kayo Ancel Gary, 35, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Accidents

— At 1:53 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which
