— David Lyn Wafford, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, sentenced to one year, probated for five years upon completion of sexual offender treatment program.

— Dewayne K. Campbell, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor ((two counts), sentenced to five years concurrent; attempted possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, sentenced to five years concurrent; prohibited use of electronic communications system to procure a minor for sex, sentenced to two years consecutive; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Justin K. Robinson, second-degree criminal abuse, sentenced to four years; assault under extreme emotional disturbance, sentenced to four years concurrent, diverted for three years probation.

— Matthew F. Yarborough, probation violation, probation reinstated upon completion of outpatient treatment program.

— Danny Abney, tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with long-term treatment.

— Hazel McBride, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentencing Nov. 21.

— Kenneth L. Martin, probation violation, probation reinstated with long-term treatment.

— Kenneth Lloyd Martin, probation violation, probation reinstated with long-term treatment.

— Latasha L. Conner, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Bobby D. Ford, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Jeffrey L. Byrd, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended six years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 5.

— Ethan Berryman, first-degree trafficking in  a controlled substance (five counts), sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year and one day consecutive, probated for three years upon completion of drug court.

— Melissa R. Means, motion for shock probation, probated for three years with drug treatment. (two cases)

— Ricky Walters, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment; speeding, dismissed.

— Joshua Clemons, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing Jan. 16, 2020.

— Adam J. Mitchell, second-degree burglary, amended to third-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, probated for three years, sentencing Dec. 5.

— William Gross, complicity to second-degree burglary, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days; contempt of court (two counts), dismissed.

— Adam Mitchell, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years with drug court, sentencing Dec. 5.

— Devin Lane Dishman, receiving stolen property – firearm, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; receiving stolen property – firearm (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years each, consecutive; receiving stolen property – firearm, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 5.

— Zachary Tyler Mackie, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension.

— David Stephens, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years probation with treatment, sentencing Jan. 16, 2020.

— Sancha Hayes, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years with treatment, sentencing Jan. 16, 2020.

— Stephanie A. Eversole, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for three years with treatment, sentencing Jan. 16, 2020.

— Anthony James MacDonald, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years concurrent, probated for three years with long-term treatment.

— Stefanee Kelley, first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with long-term treatment.
