— William Allison, 44, of 115 S. Main St., was charged Tuesday with careless driving, failure to use turn signal, driving under the influence and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— At 7:04 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Combs Ferry Road.

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 7:52 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Belmont and Western avenues where a vehicle struck a pole.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Traci A. Wiseman, 34, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 5:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 25 Memorial Park concerning a stolen bicycle.
